Ayurveda Training is an important foundation to yoga practice. Rasa Yoga offers Ayurveda Certification Krama I and Krama II, consisting of weekend workshops along with weekly lecture classes focused on direct experience and application of principle. These paths allow the student to receive and apply teachings through the lens of the sister science to yoga.

Ayurveda: Samyama is for the student seeking to assimilate and integrate Ayurveda into his/her life practice. The Samyama training path consists of Krama I, Krama II and Krama III weekly classes.

2016 Dates:

  • Ayurveda Krama I Class meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm from January 20 through May 18.
  • Ayurveda Krama II Class meets on Fridays from 6-6:45 pm from January 22 through June 3, excluding April 1, April 8, and April 22.
  • Ayurveda Samyama meeting times encompass both Krama I, Krama II and Krama III classes. Krama III Class meets on Fridays from 6:45-7:30 pm from January 22 through June 3, excluding April 1, April 8, and April 22.
