Yoga Rasa (formerly Texas Yoga & Ayurveda Institute) is a yoga school in Pasadena, Texas (just outside of Houston, Texas) near Beltway 8 and I-45. Yoga Rasa offers Hatha yoga classes, Raja yoga classes, meditation and relaxation classes, Pilates and strength-building classes, yoga classes for kids, Yoga Dance, wellness lectures, classes in Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, and yoga psychology.
