Rasa Kids Mission Statement

To actively participate in creating peace on the planet by developing a strong foundation of well-being, compassion, and love in children.

Rasa Kids exists to provide a safe, non-competitive environment for children
to express themselves physically and learn healthy tools for dealing
with their life challenges. Yoga helps children develop a strong sense
of compassion and love for others, while also learning self-awareness,
self-discipline, and calming techniques.
